We were please to be involved with the internal dry-lining package at the new development work on the new type of Porsche showroom in York.
The 'satellite' Centre is designed to support its larger, parent Porsche Centre in Leeds, so the new showroom and workshop in York is consequently smaller with space for four cars and a service department with eight work bays.
It will be the dealer group’s fifth Porsche showroom and is the first 'satellite' Porsche Centre in the UK.
It will will feature a boutique showroom, including a dedicated handover lounge and electric vehicle display, plus capacity for up to 25 Porsche Approved Pre-Owned vehicles.
Our works also included the Passive Fire Stopping survey and fire stopping to all penetrations above the ceilings along with fire cavity barriers within the buildings cavities.
