We were instructed to carry out a comprehensive Passive Fire Survey at the Archbishop Sentamu Academy where it was identified that there were various service penetrations inadequately fire stopped, a report was issued highlighting the defects, we were instructed to carry out the necessary fire stopping, once complete, a Passive Fire Survey was issued once all the fire stopping works had been installed and an inspection sighn-off carried out.
